Core Standards

What MyINC Social requires

Child safety is part of the platform standard, not an optional moderation preference. Users may not use MyINC Social to create, upload, request, distribute, discuss, facilitate, or promote content or conduct that sexually exploits or endangers minors.

🚫

Strict prohibition

Any material, interaction, solicitation, or conduct involving child sexual abuse and exploitation is forbidden on the platform without exception.

👁️

Active review and action

Reports and detected concerns are subject to review. MyINC Social may remove content, disable access, or take other enforcement action when standards are violated.

⚖️

Legal compliance

Where required, confirmed child sexual abuse material or related violations will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant reporting obligations.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

What is not allowed

The following categories are prohibited on MyINC Social. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. Conduct may still violate these standards even if it is not specifically named below.

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) Any image, video, illustration, edited media, synthetic media, or other depiction that sexually exploits or abuses a minor.
  • Grooming or predatory behavior Attempts to befriend, manipulate, pressure, or coerce a minor for sexual purposes, online or offline.
  • Sexualization of minors Content, comments, roleplay, requests, praise, or framing that sexualizes children or presents minors in a sexual context.
  • Sextortion or coercion Threatening, blackmailing, manipulating, or pressuring a minor using real or alleged access to images, messages, or personal information.
  • Trafficking or solicitation Advertising, facilitating, arranging, or encouraging the exploitation of minors, including commercial sexual exploitation.
  • Requests for exploitative material Seeking, trading, hinting at, linking to, or asking others to provide sexualized or exploitative content involving minors.

Scope of enforcement

These standards apply whether the content is public, semi-private, or private. They also apply whether the content is original, reshared, linked externally, partially obscured, encoded, synthetic, or distributed through conversation features.

Attempts to evade moderation, disguise exploitative content, or coordinate off-platform abuse through MyINC Social may result in immediate enforcement action.

No loopholes Removing context, cropping media, using coded language, moving activity to comments or messages, or describing abuse rather than directly showing it does not make prohibited conduct acceptable.
Enforcement Process

How concerns are handled

MyINC Social may act on reports, moderation signals, user feedback, or other information that indicates potential child safety violations. The platform reserves the right to take immediate protective action where needed.

02

Reported content, associated accounts, and surrounding context may be reviewed to determine whether platform standards or child safety obligations are implicated.

03

Take platform action

Action may include content removal, account restriction, account suspension, account termination, or other controls necessary to protect users and the platform.

04

Escalate when required

Where applicable, confirmed material or conduct may be escalated in line with relevant law, regulatory obligations, or regional reporting requirements.
